4. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment and order dated 6th December, 2010 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore in Cr.P. No. 1379 of 2010 (Misc. Case No. 238 of 2004), whereby he directed the Petitioner to pay maintenance of Rs.1,500/- to the Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.1,000/- to the Opposite Party No.2 from the date of application, i.e. from 11th October, 2004.
3. Mr. Bhoi, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter has been settled between the parties since 2015. In support of his contention, he files a memo in Court today, which is taken on record. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.
4. In view of such submission, the RPFAM is dismissed as withdrawn.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
