01. 1. In the present petition, the Petitioner has prayed for a review of the judgment dated 26th October 2021 passed by this Court in STREV No.6 of 2005.

2. Considering the submissions made, we find that no ground is made out by the Petitioner for reviewing the aforementioned order.

3. The review petition is accordingly dismissed.
