01. 1. The present review petition has been filed pursuant to the leave granted by the Supreme Court by an order dated 5th January 2022 in SLP (C) No.12387 of 2021. The ground on which the review is being sought and which is pointed out by the Supreme Court is that the Petitioner's case is of 'extension' and different from the batch of cases which was decided by the judgment dated 31st May 2021 by this Court.

2. For the reasons stated therein, the review petition is allowed. The order dated 31st May 2021 in W.P.(C) No.16324 of 2018 is recalled and reviewed. W.P.(C) No.16324 of 2018 is restored to file. The review petition is disposed of.

3. Urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
