2. The matter was heard and thereafter posted for judgment. While preparing the judgment, it came to notice that vide order dated 24.10.2021 this Court had directed the State counsel to file an affidavit indicating whether two similarly situated persons, namely, Kaushulya Bhoi, OBC Science and Sujata Behera SC Arts have been given appointment or not and further to take instructions whether other persons have been given appointment from out of the merit lists against any post, which was advertised initially. The said information appears to be relevant for disposal of the present application, hence let such affidavit be filed by next week.
3. List this matter in the week commencing 28th March, 2022. Affidavit be filed positively in the meantime.
4. A free copy of this order be handed over to learned State Counsel for compliance.
