02. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction

from this Court to the opposite parties more particularly

the opposite party Nos.1-Commissioner-cum-Secretary,

School and Mass Education Department, Government of

Odisha, Bhubaneswar and 2-Director, Secondary

Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar respectively to

regularize his service on completion of six years of

service by counting the initial entry to service from

11.06.2015 in terms of the judgment dated 07.03.2017

passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack

Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.2953(C) of 2015 upheld by this

Court in W.P.(C) No.19913 of 2018 vide order dated

01.03.2019 and to extend all the consequential service

benefits to him.

4. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to the

opposite parties.

5. Mr. Debasis Mohapatra, learned Standing Counsel for

the Department of School and Mass Education waives of

notice on behalf of the opposite parties. Required number

of copies of the brief be served on him within three

working days hence, who shall obtain instructions and

file reply.

6. List this matter on 2nd of August, 2022 along with

W.P.(C) Nos.10354 and 10357 of 2022.
