11. 1. The matter has been listed today in view of the Judgment dated 19th May 2022 of the Supreme Court of India in SLP(C) No.5306 of 2022 (M/s. Shree Vishnu Constructions vs. The Engineer in Chief, Military Engineering Service and others) requiring all applications under Section 11(5) and 11(6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 to be disposed of within a period of six months from that date.
2. In view of the stay order granted by the Supreme Court of India in SLP(C) No.29310 of 2019 (Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd. v. M/s. A.P. Construction), on 6th May 2022, the petition was adjourned sine a die with liberty to the parties to mention it for listing after the disposal of the aforementioned SLP.
3. In that view of the matter, list on 12th August, 2022 the date already fixed.
