01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 21.08.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar.

3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued on 22.07.2015 and the matter was never taken up/pursued after 27.02.2018.

4. The Original Application was filed in the year 2015 by the petitioner, inter alia, challenging holding of DPC dated 23.07.2015 as per common cadre of EIC, PH and RWSS for consideration to the post of Sr. Asst. and Section Officer under the establishment of EIC, PH, Odisha, further alleging that the said DPC was held in violation of judgment dated 01.07.2015 in O.A. No.1483 of 2013.

5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that O.A. No.399 of 2014 that was filed before the learned Tribunal is still pending. The said O.A. would have been renumbered as WPC(OA) No.399 of 2014.

6. Accordingly, the records of the said WPC (OA) No.399 of 2014 be listed along with present petition for reference. The Registry shall also call for the records of O.A. No.1483 of 2013 disposed of on 01.07.2015 from the Registry of the O.A.T., Bhubaneswar, if available for reference.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite notices were issued earlier counter has not yet been filed.

8. Learned Additional Government Advocate prays for time as the matter has been transferred from the OAT to obtain instruction and file counter.

9. As prayed for, list on 26.08.2022.
