3. It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 8860 of 2020, which was dismissed on 19.07.2022.

4. Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the Order dated 19.07.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 8860 of 2020, this Writ Petition stands dismissed in terms of the said Judgment.
