2. Heard.

3. The Additional Assistant Commissioner of Endowment, Cuttack (O.P. No.2) is directed to give a report by which date he is able to deliver the judgment/order in OA No. 14 of 2012, as hearing is stated to have been concluded in the said case. The report be submitted within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Mr. Rath, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.5 submits that they are only putting a barbed fencing around the premises of Achyuta Nanda Gadi to protect the property and they are not taking up any additional construction.

5. Taking into consideration the archaeological value of the premises and public faith in the Gadi, the work of barbed fencing around the premises may be continued but no additional construction shall be taken up inside the premises.

6. List this matter after receipt of the report from the Additional Assistant Commissioner of Endowment, Cuttack.
