   2.       1.       This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

2. The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for disbursal of the compensation amount pursuant to the order dated 22nd June, 2020 passed by the O.S.D. (L.R.), Sadar, Sundargarh in RMC No. 30 of 2006.

3. Mr. Acharya, learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department submits that the order passed in RMC No.30 of 2006 is under challenge in Appeal No.20 of 2021 before the Additional District Magistrate, Sundargarh. In the meantime, the argument in the said appeal is completed and the matter is awaited for delivery of judgment. Immediately after pronouncement of the judgment, steps shall be taken in accordance with the order passed in Appeal No. 20 of 2021.

4. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner vehemently objects to the same and submits that the appeal was filed after the learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department sought for an adjournment to take instruction in the

matter. The Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3 should take steps for early compliance of the order dated 22nd June, 2020 passed in RMC No. 30 of 2006.

Taking into consideration the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that steps for disbursal of the compensation amount in favour of the Petitioner shall be taken within a period of four weeks subject to disposal of Appeal No.20 of 2021 stated to be pending before the Additional District Magistrate, Sundargarh.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website at par with certified copy subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
