3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to satisfy the Court that when X Court has passed the judgment having jurisdiction of a dispute in the transfer of cases on conferment of jurisdiction but Y Court draw the decree or decree can be drawn by the X Court for having decided the suit.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Memo Nos.514(100) & 492 (100) dated 7th January, 2022.
