    01.     1.      This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video
            Conferencing/Physical Mode).

2. By filing the present writ petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction to the Opposite Parties not close down/merge the Petitioners School Khandiabandha with Tilapada (AP U.P. School under the Block Education Officer, Dhenkanal Sadar and further pray for quashing of order dated 18.09.2018 and 04.09.2020.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners relies upon a judgment of this Court rendered in (School Managing Committee of Amaramunda Government Primary School, Amarmunda vrs. State of Odisha and others) and batch : reported in 2021 (II) OLR 1.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the school and Mass Education Department submits that the judgment rendered in the aforesaid case has been stayed by a division bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.417 of 2021 vide order dated 20.07.2021.

5. In such view of the matter, put up this matter immediately after disposal of the writ appeal.
