02.02.2022 Order No. This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.
2. Against rejection of claim of the petitioner in terms of the judgment rendered in the case of Radharani Samal v. State of Odisha, 2017 (I) ILR CUT 546 vide order dated 07.12.2020 under Annexure-7, which has been passed in pursuance of the order dated 09.09.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 16169 of 2019, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
3. Issue notice to the opposite parties.
4. Three extra copies of the writ petition be served on learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department appearing for opposite parties no.1 to 3 within three days enabling him to obtain instructions or file counter affidavit.
5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may
utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
