2. Perused the office note that in the last order its number has been inadvertently mentioned as '5' instead of '1', and its date has inadvertently mentioned as "07.01.2021" instead of "07.01.2022".

3. In view of the above, the aforesaid order is hereby recalled and fresh order is passed today separately.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 33301 of 2020, W.P.(C) No. 32900 of 2020, W.P.(C) No.33346 of 2020 & W.P.(C) No.33366 of 2020, which have been allowed vide common judgment delivered today (11.12.2021) by this Court.

4. Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the judgment and order dated 11.12.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 33301 of 2020, W.P.(C) No. 32900 of 2020, W.P.(C) No.33346 of 2020 & W.P.(C) No.33366 of 2020, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said judgment.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
