Since the appellants, inter alia, have been convicted under section 3(1)(x) of the S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act, let an extra copy of the appeal memo along with the impugned judgment and the interim applications be served on the learned counsel for the // 2 //
State by 15.02.2022, who shall send the same to the Inspector in-charge of Jaleswar police station for its service on the informant in Jaleswar P.S. Case No.08 of 2011 and it will be intimated to the informant that the matter is likely to be taken up on 28.02.2022 and if he so likes, he can engage an Advocate to oppose the application for bail. A written proof regarding service of notice be obtained from the informant.
