3. Mr. G. Rout, learned Counsel for the State-Appellant submits that the impugned judgment dated 29.01.2021 passed in LAR & R Case No. 83 of 2020 is perverse and without any basis as the Court below enhanced the compensation amount from Rs.17,71,600/- to Rs.1,00,00,000/- (One Crore) per acre.

4. He further submits that the impugned judgment is also bad for not arraying the requisitioning Authority i.e. East Coast Railway, as a party to the said proceeding.

5. Issue notice on the question of admission and stay to the sole Respondent by Registered Post/ Speed Post with A.D., fixing a short returnable date, postal requisites for which be filed within ten days.

6. Office is directed to keep on record the Tracking Report before the next date of listing.

7. Matter be listed immediatedly under the heading "For Admission" after service of notice on the Sole Respondent.
