Though W.P.(C) No.19277/2016 has been filed with a prayer to promote the Petitioner to the post of Head Accountant as per the model roaster, during pendency of the said Writ Petition, this Writ Petition has been filed with the self-same prayer with an additional prayer to quash the Order of promotion of Opposite Party No.4, who was given promotion to the post of Head Accountant during pendency of W.P.(C) No.19277/2016.

3. On prayer of the learned Counsel for the Parties, both the Writ Petitions are taken up for hearing together.
