02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment and order dated 1st May, 2007 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hindol in Criminal Misc. Case No.22 of 2006, whereby an application filed by the present Petitioners under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been allowed directing the Opposite Party to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.500/- per month to Petitioner No.1 and Rs.400/- per month to Petitioner No.2 from the date of the order. Petitioners also challenge the order dated 24th May, 2008 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, FTC, Dhenkanal in Criminal Revision No.27 of 2007(14 of 2007) confirming the order passed by learned SDJM, Hindol.
3. Mr. Pandey, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he has no instruction in the matter.
4. Accordingly, the RPFAM is disposed of for non- prosecution.
