4 1. The Appellant-Petitioner is in custody from the date of pronouncement of the impugned judgment. He was on bail during trial.
2. Considering the nature of accusations and the evidence on record particularly, the statement of the victim herself and the Doctor, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let Appellant-Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be fixed by the convicting Court in T.R. Case No.30/2018 including the condition that he shall not misuse the liberty granted to him.
