04. 1. According to learned counsel for the Appellant, involving the same acquisition proceedings, the Supreme Court has already passed a judgment in The Executive Director, v. Sarat Chandra Bisoi, AIR 2000 SC 2619, following which another learned Single Judge of this Court has given a detailed directions in The Executive Director, NALCO Ltd., Angul v. Prasanna Behera, 106 (2008) CLT 174.

2. Since it involves the same acquisition proceedings, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the above judgments.
