(State of Odisha and Ors. -vrs.- Sulekh Chandra Pradhan

and Ors.), the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw

this Writ Petition. A memo to that effect has been filed.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as

withdrawn.
