01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this writ petition, the petitioners seek a direction

from this Court to the opposite parties to extent the

benefit of RACP in their favour in the grade pay of

Rs.4,200/-. They also rely upon the judgment passed by

this Court in the case of State of Odisha & Ors. -v.

Saraswati Bhoi and others (W.P.(C) No.7281 of 2018,

disposed of on 24.06.2022).

4. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to the

opposite parties.

5. Mr. Biswajit Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel for

the Department of School and Mass Education waives of

notice on behalf of the opposite parties. Required number

of copies of the Writ Petition be served on him within

three working days hence, who shall obtain instructions

in the matter and file reply.

6. Since the similar matter i.e. W.P.(C) No.18234 of 2021

has been fixed for hearing on 10th August, 2022, this

matter be tagged along with the same.
