01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking quashment of the order under Annexure-7 to the writ petition and direction to the opposite parties to sanction Trained Graduate Scale of Pay to her on completion of 48 years of age in terms of the Odisha Subordinate Education (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1993 and also in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Radharani Samal -vrs.- State of Orissa and others 1.

4. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to the opposite parties.

5. Mr. Biswajit Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education waives of notice on

behalf of the opposite parties. Required number of copies of the writ petition be served on him in course of the day, who shall obtain instructions in the matter and file reply.
