01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds, the representation of the petitioner involving the matter vide Annexure-7 since pending consideration, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case disposes of the writ petition directing the District Education Officer, Sundargarh, O.P.4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-7 and take a decision as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition and the judgment vide Annexure-6 series, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
