Learned counsel for the State submits that he has not received the deposition copies of the witnesses and further pointed out from the impugned judgment that the petitioner has been convicted in another case under sections 302/149 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant was on interim bail in the said case and after availing the interim bail period, he has surrendered in the Court below in the meantime and he will serve the deposition copies of the witnesses on // 2 //

the learned counsel for the State.
