2. Defect No.6 is ignored as State of Odisha is not a party in this case.

3. Heard Mr. Tuna Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioners, and Mr. K.M.H. Niamati, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2-Bank.

4. Let a copy of the Brief be served on Mr. K.M.H. Niamati, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2- Bank, who shall take instructions in the matter. His name be reflected in the cause list in the next date of listing.

5. In the interim it is directed that the order dated 09.8.2021 passed by the debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkatta in I.A. No.279/2021 shall remain stayed till the next date. Moreover, both the parties shall submit the judgments passed by different High Courts under Section 18 of the SARFAESI Act, so that the matter can be disposed of on the next date.
