10. 1. This matter was not in today's list but on being mentioned,

on special notice, the same is taken for correction of the judgment of

this Court dated 9.9.2021.

2. The said mistake since found to be inadvertent typographical

error, this Court entertains the correction. As a consequence, in the

Cause Title of the judgment dated 9.9.2021, the name of the

Respondents be corrected as "Anukula Sethy & others" and the

words, "Opp.Parties" be replaced as "Respondents". In the second

line of Page-4 of the judgment, the word, "MACA No.517 of 2016"

be corrected as "MAC No.312/2009" and in the 7th line of Page-4,

the word, "Angul" be corrected as "Puri". Similarly in the 11th line

of Page-7, the word, "Puri" be corrected as "Angul". All other part

of the judgment shall remain intact. The certified copy of the

judgment, if produced before the Copying Section, shall be corrected

accordingly.

3. With the aforesaid modification, the I.A. stands disposed of.
