The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize the service of the petitioner under establishment of opposite party no.4 as per the resolution dated 17.09.2013 and resolution dated 16.01.2014 by taking into account the regularization orders issued in favour of similarly circumstanced persons under Annexure-10, keeping in view the judgments of the apex Court in Secretary State of Karnataka and Others v. Umadevi (3) and Others (2006) 4 SCC 1; State of Karnataka and others v. M.L.Keshari and others, (2010) 9 SCC 247 and Amarkanti Rai v. State of Bihar and others, (2015) 8 SCC 265.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-15 and the same may be directed to be disposed of keeping in view the ratio decided by the apex Court in Umadevi, M.L. Keshari and Amarkanti Rai (supra) within a stipulated time.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure- 15 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law keeping in view the ratio decided by the apex Court in Umadevi & M.L. Keshari (supra) as well as Amarkanti Rai (supra) within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
