03. 1. The challenge in this writ petition is similar to W.P.(C) No. 10726 of 2021 (Nabin Kumar Singh v. State of Odisha), which has been disposed of by this Court by judgment dated 29th September, 2021 along with a batch of writ petitions. Therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition.

2. Accordingly the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 29th September, 2021 passed by this Court in Nabin Kumar Singh (supra) and batch of writ petitions.
