1. 1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. Heard.

3. At paragraph-16 of the writ petition it has been stated :

"16.That it is humbly submitted that after issuance of the Govt. letter dated 13.04.2021, the present petitioner approached the authority to grant RACP benefits in his favour like Ashok Kumar Mohapatra, but authority is sitting over the matters even if the petitioner case is squarely covered by the judgment of Ashok Kumar Mohapatra (supra)."

4. Mr. Mohapatra submits that he has made a

representation but the details thereof and copy

thereof could not be annexed to the writ

application inadvertently and, therefore, he

seeks time to amend the writ application so as // 2 //

to incorporate the details of the representation

and annex the copy thereof to the part of the

documents. Accordingly the said prayer is

allowed. Two weeks time is granted to carry

out the amendments as prayed for.
