2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition stating inter alia that he has not been allowed to discharge his duty w.e.f. 09.09.2021, as he claim for regularization by approaching this Court by filing W.P.(C) No.12186 of 2021, which was disposed of vide order dated 05.07.2021 directing the authority to consider his case for regularization in the light of the judgments of the apex Court.
3. Issue notice to the opposite parties.
4. Three extra copies of the writ petition be served on learned State Counsel appearing for opposite parties no.1 to 3 within three days enabling him to obtain instructions or file counter affidavit.
