Order No. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. P. Mohanty on behalf of Mr. P.K. Pasayat, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to consider his representation dated 09.09.2021 under Annexue-12 for regularization of his services by absorbing him in the work-charged establishment under opposite party no.3 keeping in view the judgments of the apex Court in Secretary State of Karnataka and Others v. Umadevi (3) and Others (2006) 4 SCC 1; State of Karnataka and others v. M.L.Keshari and others, (2010) 9 SCC 247 and Amarkanti Rai v. State of Bihar and others, (2015) 8 SCC 265.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the

petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-12 and the same may be directed to be disposed of keeping in view the ratio decided by the apex Court in Umadevi, M.L. Keshari and Amarkanti Rai (supra) within a stipulated time.

5. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-12 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law keeping in view the ratio decided by the apex Court in Umadevi & M.L. Keshari (supra) as well as Amarkanti Rai (supra) within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
