2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioner files this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to implement the judgment passed by the tribunal in T.A. No. 45 of 1990 under Annexure-1.

4. Mr. N.K. Praharaj, learned Standing Counsel for the State contended that the judgment in Annexure-1 was challenged before the apex Court by filing SLP, wherein operation of the same has been stayed.

5. In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to move this application after disposal of the SLP.
