2. It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in O.A. No. 2420 of 2016 (Gopal Singh Suna v. State of Odisha and others and batch), which has been disposed of on 03.07.2019.

3. Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the detailed order dated 03.07.2019 passed in O.A. No. 2420 of 2016 (Gopal Singh Suna v. State of Odisha and others and batch), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said judgment.
