2. Heard Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the letter dated 22.09.2021 issued by opposite party no.1 under Annexure-4, where the prayer of the petitioner for issuance of No Objection Certificate to appear in the interview pursuant to advertisement under Annexure-1 has been rejected.

4. Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that similar question had come up for consideration before this Court in Dr. Snehalata Mallick v. State of Odisha (W.P.(C) No.4242 of 2021, which has been decided on 12.02.2021). Thereby, the claim of the petitioner

may be considered in terms of the said judgment.

5. Learned State Counsel contended that since the question involved in this case has already been decided by this Court, direction may be issued to the authority to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of Dr. Snehalata Mallick (supra).

6. Considering the contentions raised by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court disposes of the writ petition in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in Dr. Snehalata Mallick (supra) directing opposite party no.1 to do the needful as expeditiously as possible prior to expiry of the last date of submission of the application form.

7. Copies of this order be handed to learned State Counsel and Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner for compliance of the order.
