02.     1.       This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. This Criminal Revision has been filed by the Petitioner

with a prayer to set aside the order dated 06.11.2013 passed by

the learned Nyayadhikari Gramya Nyayalaya-cum-J.M.F.C.,

Rajnagar, Kendrapara in G.R. Case No.386 of 2012 convicting

the Petitioner under Section 354 IPC and sentencing him to

undergo R.I for one year, which was confirmed by the learned

District & Sessions Judge, Kendrapara in Criminal Appeal

No.38 of 2013 vide order dated 18.02.2021.

3. This case is taken up for disposal on the consent of the

parties at the stage of admission as the Petitioner seeks to

challenge the sentence imposed.

4. Accordingly, Heard, Admit and perused the judgment

passed by both the trial court as well as the appellate court.

5. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this

Criminal Revision is dismissed with the modification of the

sentence imposed i.e to undergo R.I for three months for

commission of offence under Section 354 IPC and pay a fine of

Rs.2000/- (rupees two thousand) in default to undergo S.I for

fifteen days.

6. This order be communicated to the trial court

immediately.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper

application.
