Heard Mr. P.K. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. S.K. Samal, learned Additional Government Advocate and Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned counsel for opposite party No.4.

Mr. Rath undertakes to file a copy of the judgment rendered by the Allahabad High Court in the case of Committee of Management, District Cooperative Bank Ltd. and another Vs. State of U.P. and others, (2005) S.C.C Online Allahabad 1554 in course of the day.

Mr. Samal prays for a short adjournment to file copies of the notifications issued by the State Government under Sub-Section (2) of Section 3 of the Odisha Cooperative Societies Act, 1962. Prayer is allowed.
