3. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This appeal is filed by the Claimant-Appellant under Section 23 of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987 being aggrieved by the judgment and award passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Bhubaneswar Bench, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No. 305 of 2017 assailing the mode of payment of compensation amount to the Claimant.

3. In course of hearing, Miss Mahapatra, learned counsel for the Appellant submits that this appeal has become infructuous as the Appellant has already received the compensation amount.

4. In view of such submission, this FAO is disposed of as infructuous.
