Order No. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

04. 2. It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 863 of 2021 and W.P.(C) No. 1994 of 2021, which have been allowed on 09.09.2021 by this Court.

3. Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the detailed judgment dated 09.09.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 863 of 2021 and W.P.(C) No. 1994 of 2021, this writ petition is allowed.

4. It is directed that validity of the list, which was published on 14.12.2020, as modified on 22.12.2020, cannot be lapsed by 31.12.2020 and the same shall be implemented in terms of PMR-660, which is applicable to the petitioner.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
