01.     1.      This matter is not in today's list, but on being

mentioned by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the same is

listed today by special notice and taken up on Board through

hybrid mode.

2. This criminal revision has been filed by the Petitioner

with a prayer to set aside the judgment dated 24th August, 2021

passed in 1.C.C. No.8/ 2018 (T.R. No.223/2018) passed by the

learned J.M.F.C., Kabisuryanagar, Ganjam.

3. The impugned order is appealable one before the court

of sessions. Therefore, this Criminal Revision is not

maintainable.

4. Hence, giving liberty to the Petitioner to approach the

sessions court concerned in an appeal, this Criminal Revision is

disposed of.

5. Delay, if any, in filing the appeal shall be condoned in

the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case.

6. Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the

Petitioner on substitution of the true photocopy thereof.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper

application.
