05. 1. Mr. Pinaki Mishra, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioners states that within one week a written note of submissions with the decisions being relied upon would be filed with a copy to learned counsel appearing for the CCI.

2. Mr. S.D. Das, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the CCI has already handed over a written note. He states that copies of the judgments being relied on be supplied within the same period with an advance copy to Mr.P. Mishra.
