01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Looking to the prayer involved herein, this Court feels it
appropriate to direct the Principal Secretary to Govt. of Odisha,
School & Mass Education Department, O.P.1 to treat the writ
petition as representation at the instance of the petitioner and take
decision as appropriate, but however, taking into consideration the
order/judgment of this Court dated 05.03.2021 in W.P.(C) No.10071
of 2018 and order dated 28.8.2020 in W.P.(C) No.3985 of 2020, by
completing the entire exercise within a period of one and half
months from the date of communication of copy of this order, copy

of the writ petition as well as order/judgment dated 05.03.2021
passed in W.P.(C) No.10071 of 2018 by the petitioner.
3. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed
of.
