Looking to the prayer involved herein, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the Principal Secretary to Govt. of Odisha, School & Mass Education Department, opposite party no.1 to treat the writ petition as representation at the instance of the petitioner and take decision as appropriate, but however, taking into consideration the order/judgment of this Court dated 05.03.2021 in W.P.(C) No.10071 of 2018, by completing the entire exercise within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of copy of this order, copy of the writ petition as well as copy of the order/judgment dated 05.03.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.10071 of 2018 by the petitioner.
