Order No. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 01 2. Heard Mr. R.N. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this application against non- compliance of order dated 11.01.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 31543 of 2020, by which this Court directed to take a decision with regard to regularization of the petitioner as driver, pursuant to the judgments of the apex Court indicated in the said order. But in the meantime, the petitioner has been terminated from service. Thereby, the order of this Court has been complied. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he may approach the appropriate forum, if he is so advised.

4. The contempt proceeding is accordingly dropped.
