3. Mr. A. Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 16906 of 2020 and W.P.(C) No. 18877 of 2021, which have been allowed vide judgment dated 23.11.2021 and this matter may be disposed of in terms of the judgment passed in the said judgment, to which learned Standing Counsel for the State has no objection.
4. As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 23.11.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 16906 of 2020 and W.P.(C) No. 18877 of 2021.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
