2. Heard Mr. D.K. Patnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M.K. Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The petitioner, who was working under opposite parties no.1 and 2 in the work charged establishment, claims for regularization in terms of the judgment dated 06.01.1992 passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 973 of 1989(Gouranga Charan Satpathy & Ors. v. State of Orissa & Ors.).

4. It is contended that the petitioner's case is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment.

5. In view of such position, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner in terms of judgment dated 06.01.1992 passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 973 of 1989 (Gouranga Charan Satpathy & Ors. v. State of Orissa & Ors.)
