2. Heard Mrs. S. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In the first hour, when question of maintainability was raised, Mrs. S. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner took time to satisfy the Court after lunch by citing some judgments. In the second hour, though she relied upon the judgment of the apex Court in the case of D.S. Nakara v. Union of India, AIR 1983 SC 130, but the said judgment does not speak with regard to maintainability of the writ petition at the instance of the association in a service matter. In any case, she seeks further time to examine the issue and satisfy the Court with regard to maintainability of the writ petition at the instance of the association in a service matter on the next date.
