01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. Heard.

3. The petitioner vide Annexure-5 claiming additional wages on the basis of Government Notification is stated to have filed representation before the Executive Engineer, Rural Works Division-II, Ganjam, Berhampur-Opposite Party No.2..

4. Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-5 on the basis of the Government

Notification and taking into consideration the judgment of this Court in Annexure-4 by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

5. The petitioner is directed to supply the copy of the writ petition containing all the annexures along with certified copy of this order to Opposite Party No.2 for convenience and reference to Annexure-5.

6. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
