Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Against rejection of claim of the petitioner in terms of
the judgment rendered in the case of Ritanjali Giri @ Paul v.
State of Odisha (School & M.E. Deptt.) & others, 2016 (I)
ILR-1162 vide order dated 03.02.2021 under Annexure-7,
which has been passed in pursuance of the order dated
03.08.2020 in W.P.(C) No.17338 of 2020, the petitioner has
approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
Issue notice to the opposite parties.
Three extra copies of the writ petition be served on
learned State Counsel appearing for opposite parties no.1 to 3
within three days enabling him to obtain instructions or file
counter affidavit.
