                                This application has been filed by the appellant-
                    Bishu Bankira @ Repo under Section 389 Cr.P.C. to release him
                    on bail.
                                Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned
                    Additional Standing Counsel.
                                Considering    the   submission     made    by   learned
                    counsel for the parties and after going through the record, more
                    particularly the Judgment dated 29.11.2017 passed by the
                    learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rairangpur in Sessions Trial
                    No. 50 of 2015 and taking into account the statements made by
                    P.Ws. 2 and 5, who are the eye witness to the occurrence, this
                    Court is not inclined to grant bail to the appellant.
                                The misc. case is accordingly dismissed.
